The main entrance from the lane is wheelchair accessible, and wide entrance doors lead to the indoor facilities and the rear balcony, which are all on one level.

Inside the main entrance:  ladies, gents and disabled toilets, and baby changing facilities, a fully equipped kitchen with a large serving area, and a large hall with a wooden floor and a raised stage

Indoor movable tables and chairs, to seat a capacity of 100 in cinema style layout, or 72 in table style layout

A fully licensed bar, with full width bi-fold doors opening onto a large balcony, which in turn overlooks the garden, Boules pitch/music "stage" and open fields to the rear; the balcony can be fully covered by a retractable awning.  Views of the Skirrid and SugarLoaf mountains in the distance

Steps down to the patio and rear garden from the hall, the kitchen and from the balcony

A sloped pathway/driveway from the lane to the rear garden at the side of the hall

The hall has a HD projector with screen, high quality surround sound and laptop HDMI plugin, plus a digital monitor and printer

The main hall AV has Freesat, Bluetooth, Blu-ray and Amazon Firestick connectivity.

In the bar is a wide screen TV with separate Freesat connectivity and a sound system with Bluetooth connection for streaming music

Both hall and bar have WiFi LAN connectivity
